Alternative Medicine

Oriental Medicine has been practiced for thousands of years.  Currently one-quarter of the world’s population uses this form of medicine.  I practice a variety of modalities rooted in Contemporary Oriental Medicine (COM) techniques.

I am interested in the mind-body connection that impacts health and well-being.  When there is flow of energy “Qi” in the body, there is a balanced system (health).  Emphasis of my treatment is to adjust and harmonize. Each person is unique and taking into account the nature, severity and history of the individual’s problems, treatments are individualized.  Body, mind, spirit are all important in maintaining balance.  The body has amazing recuperative powers when it is harmonized.
